Can I stay for a weekend or longer?
We welcome short and extended stay inquiries. Send your dates so we can confirm availability, pricing and any minimum-stay requirements. Extended rentals require a formal application, approval and a signed lease.
Is this the whole casita?
Yes. The available casita is a standalone furnished home with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living area. It has no shared walls.
How do I book directly?
Choose your dates and send a request. We will confirm availability and provide the total price, payment instructions and applicable terms. A request alone does not reserve the casita.
What does the price include?
Your quote will identify rent or accommodation charges, any cleaning charges, applicable taxes, and any required deposit before you commit. Extended-stay terms are confirmed in the lease.
Can I bring a pet?
Tell us about your pet when you inquire. Pet arrangements and any applicable fees must be confirmed before booking. Contact us separately about assistance-animal accommodations.
What are the check-in and cancellation terms?
We provide check-in and check-out times, cancellation terms and house rules with your quote or agreement. Review them before paying or confirming your stay.
Is there lake access or a hot tub?
We are near Medina Lake. Water levels, public access and outdoor amenities can change. Please confirm current conditions with us before booking for a particular activity or amenity.
How is my inquiry information used?
Reyna Ventures LLC uses your name, email, dates, guest count and message to respond to your request and arrange your stay. Requests are stored in our website dashboard and may be sent to our business email. Do not include identity documents, financial records, card details or other sensitive information. Formal applications use a separate secure process.
