Can I stay for a weekend or longer?
Book available stays of 2 to 29 nights directly using the calendar above. A one-night gap is required between bookings. For 30 nights or more, contact us: extended rentals require an application, approval and a signed lease.
Is this the whole casita?
Yes. The available casita is a standalone furnished home with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living area. It has no shared walls.
How do I book directly?
Select your dates and guest count in the booking form above, review the displayed total, then choose Reserve your stay. OwnerRez manages the reservation and Stripe processes card payments through secure checkout. Review and complete the agreement and payment steps to confirm your reservation. Ask a question sends an inquiry only; it does not reserve dates or collect payment.
What does the price include?
Your quote will identify rent or accommodation charges, any cleaning charges, applicable taxes, and any required deposit before you commit. Extended-stay terms are confirmed in the lease.
Can I bring a pet?
One pet is welcome for $100 per stay. Select 1 Pet in the booking form so the fee appears in your total. Keep pets leashed outside, clean up after them, and keep them out of the pool/hot tub. Do not leave pets unattended unless crated. Applicable assistance-animal exceptions apply.
What are the check-in and cancellation terms?
Standard check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Review the cancellation policy, payment schedule and rental agreement supplied with your quote before confirming or paying.
Is there a pool? How close is Medina Lake?
The stock-tank pool beside White Casita also serves as a hot tub. It is one compact soaking amenity, not two separate facilities. No diving, glass or pets; supervise children around water. We are near Medina Lake in Lakehills. Lake water levels and public access vary; check current conditions before planning water activities.
What are the house rules?

How is my booking or inquiry information used?
Reyna Ventures LLC uses your name, email, dates, guest count and message to respond to your request and arrange your stay. Our booking provider, OwnerRez, processes reservations and inquiries, and Stripe processes card payments. Booking information is stored in our reservation system and sent to our business email as needed to manage your stay. Do not include identity documents, financial records, card details or other sensitive information. Formal applications use a separate secure process.
